Favorite workouts and philosophy:
- A 10 mile run when it all comes together and my body is feeling strong with the sun keeping me warm on a spring morning.
- Weight training
- Core work
- Swimming (preferably outdoors in an Olympic distance pool)
- Roller skating with my kids.
- Stay very active and enjoy life to the fullest.
- Healthy eating and living.
Life/How I Live:
I put 100% into everything, including parenting, business, training, relationships, and having fun. If you try your best you will have no regrets. Keep reaching, try new things, meet new people. LISTEN and LEARN. I’m still working on LISTENING more and talking less!
Nutritional Supplements:
I faithfully take, two times a day, high quality nutritional supplements which have helped me to sleep, feel strong, energetic and recover quickly. Never could I have imagined the impact that these supplements would have on me every day, until I tried them. I didn’t know what I was missing! After extensive reading I recommend these nutritional supplements that really work because of scientific testing for purity, potency, bioavailability and absorbability. They are worth every penny!
My Testimonial – Experience Using High-Quality Nutritional Supplements
RunnerGirlSleeps:
Before using USANA’s Pure Rest, Essentials, and Optimizers, I was diagnosed with chronic insomnia. I slept an average of 3-6 hours per night at most. I walked around every day irritable, exhausted, lacked energy and excitement. I’m very athletic. I run races from 5Ks to marathon distance, swim, and weight train weekly. My joints and muscles ached, and I was under enormous stress. I desperately needed sleep and healing in order to return to my happy-self and to be useful to my family again.
After just one week of using USANA’s Pure Rest, ESSENTIALS supplements, and optimizers, I was amazed at the results I noticed. I was sleeping a total of 7-7.5 hours per night, I woke up refreshed and energized, my body aches significantly decreased, and my mood improved quickly. I’m now much more productive and excited about life again. My mood, energy, and passion for health, fitness and running are stronger than ever! I take my USANA supplements faithfully, and fully believe they have enhanced my life. I’m excited to have joined the USANA family.
